  Our standard lease term is typically 12 months. However, we offer flexible leasing options when possible, including shorter-term leases for military tenants with PCS or deployment considerations. In addition, we follow all North Carolina laws regarding military relocation.

• How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

  The security deposit amount varies by property but equals one month’s rent. We provide clear deposit guidelines upfront to ensure transparency.
